Thrashers got robbed last night. Some disciple of Gregg tilted the game to the Bruins' favor, the kind of tilting we've grown accustomed to seeing here in Atlanta. Bastard.
Regarding this year's General Assembly session, it seems that Gov. Perdue's proposal for mandating 2/3 of all education dollars go "to the classroom" has met opposition from just about everybody. Personally, I think the governor's office would better spend their time creating a statewide standard curriculum. But, that's just me.Trip, in review

I made it...
I successfully completed my road trip on the 2nd. Shortly after writing the second daily update, I realized that my time would be better spent travelling around than writing. I'm assembling the summary, will post that shortly.
Additionally, the General Assembly is in session, and I've been poking around this year's batch of legislation. I'll probably comment on several bills and resolutions, maybe before next year's assembly begins. :)
