Minimum Sentences are Unconstitutional; "Red State" values are Unamerican

That's the underlying message from a Macon court today, as linked from Peach Pundit. Genarlow Wilson's recent shot against the primary tool of the Red State has been seconded. When I read this, I recalled the television of Berliners expanding a newly-made hole in The Wall. That sound you hear, my friends, is the sound of freedom ringing in the air, after a long, long absence.
