It was a great weekend for baseball, with the Oakland Athletics in town for three games. Winning two of those three was a good deal [especially when the home-plate umpire had to shave the plate, just to make it a balanced contest].
And to complete the weekend, I'm heading down to the bar to watch the final game of the World's Most Expensive Little League Series, aka Mets vs. Yankees interleague play.
